Local dance hall singer Eric Opoka commonly known as Eezzy of the ‘Tumbiza sound’ hit is slowly recovering after undergoing a successful surgery.
The singer was attacked by goons over the weekend after a performance in one of the Kampala hangouts spots. These thugs hit his car with a paver which smashed his window and ended up cracking his skull which left him unconscious before robbing him clean. Eezzy was rushed to Mengo hospital where he was attended to for severe injuries that he sustained.
A tweet shared by the singer’s management said that the singer had undergone a successful surgery and was slowly recuperating. “We give thanks and praise to God Almighty,the Skull surgery has been successful. We now pray for a quick recovery. MANAGEMENT.
The singer is now being attended to by his girlfriend a one Kim plus family and friends as they wait for him to recover fully. Quick recovery to the singer who had one of the biggest bangers during the lockdown that had tongues wagging from even the government.
