Sandra Teta has expressed her support for Daniella Atim’s freedom to voice her grievances, following a recent series of candid social media posts directed at the Mayanja family.
Atim recently made headlines by announcing her separation from her husband, Jose Chameleone, revealing herself as a single mother.
Prior to this revelation, Atim had been utilizing her Instagram platform to shed light on the alleged mistreatment she endured throughout her 16-year relationship with Chameleone, with whom she shares five children.
During her own challenging times with her baby daddy, Weasel Manizo, Atim had also attempted to offer advice to Sandra Teta. However, Teta expressed discomfort with Atim’s methods of communication.
Speaking on Sanyuka TV, Teta addressed her relationship with Atim, stating that she harbours no ill feelings towards her. Teta emphasized Atim’s right to share her life experiences and opinions, acknowledging her role as the mother of Chameleone’s children.
Teta also indicated her openness to receiving advice from Atim, emphasizing mutual respect despite any differences. Furthermore, Teta clarified that she does not expect her mother-in-law to prioritize her over her sons.
In a separate interview with Ruth Kalibbala, Teta revealed that she had never interacted with Atim until she returned to Rwanda in August 2022 amid issues with Weasel.
Despite their past interactions, Teta maintained a diplomatic stance, asserting that she and Atim had not been friends or confidantes during their respective personal challenges.
