For the recent past of over a year, sworn frenemies and musicians Bobiwine and Jose Chameleone had gone back into being enemies, atleast it was seen as that in the public domain.
However this narrative was challenged earlier this week at Racers bar in Bukoto where the duo were seen having a light moment together during Eddy Yawe’s birthday celebrations.
Bobi and Chameleone had a longterm musical beef which they later buried, years later they fell out again and its believed that the root cause was Bobiwine and his political party NUP denying Chameleone a party ticket to run for a mayoral position something that hindered his political ambitions. Since then, Chameleon has kept throwing verbal jabs at the NUP party president something that reignited the beef within their fan bases once again.
The recent public attack made on Bobiwine by Chameleone was during Lt Gen Muhoozi’s birthday celebration at Cricket Oval Lugogo where the Forever singer warned Bobiwine’s fans to stop threatening him for associating with NRM.
For many, Bobiwine and Chameleone’s meet up meant hypocrisy between the two, however from a deeper point of analysis, the pair has more to bring them together as one than what separates them and when chance comes, they merry make and burry the hatchet!
