Wednesday 31st August 2022 will be Flavia Tumusiime’s last day on the airwaves of Capital FM.
The radio personality, through a Facebook post on Tuesday morning broke the news to her fans saying its the end of the road for her on the mid morning show but certainly not the end for her and Capital FM, she promised to be back in another capacity on the same station.
Flavia has been hosting the Capital FM’s mid morning show dubbed “AM to PM” since 2006. She joined the Acacia avenue based radio station as a teenager after a short stint of being on Radio at the now Defunct Hot 100 radio.
Flavia kickstarted her media journey in the early 2000’s as a teens TV show presenter on WBS TV, she later grew her wings into Radio aswell Events Emceiing and Public Relations. In the recent past, the same Flavia quit Television, then working at NTV as a news anchor!
According to our close sources from Capital FM, Flavia Tumusiime won a big managerial position at Capital FM’s New baby station Kiis FM. Our source further confirms that’s she’s set to be their Programmes Manager.
