City socialite Sipapa has been remanded to Luzira prison by the chief Magistrates Court in Makindye.
This development follows Sipapa’s being charged with robbery of over shs. 1.6 billion belonging to Jacob Arok, a South Sudanese national.
Earlier this week, Sipapa was arrested by Operatives from Directorate of Crime Intelligence over theft at the home of Jacob in Kawuku Kampala at the end of last month.
Sipapa was arraigned before Lorna Tukundane, the Makindye Grade one magistrate together with his wife Shamilah Nakiyimba, the duo denied the charges.
Sipapa has for many times been in the news for being chaotic but the security agencies ignored him, this time round his numbered days were out and the law acted on him too.
