For the past week, comedian and Radio personality Collins Emeka has dominated the news over various matters ranging from his Dubai trip, online war with MP Daudi Kabanda to his exit from Galaxy FM.
Now latest about the same proclaimed Romantic Mukiga is his proposal to his girlfriend Mackline Asiimire. The proposal happened on Friday evening at a private location where Emeka went on his knee to ask for Macklines hand in marriage. Mackline, who had just touched land from Turkey from a youth delegation proudly and happily said YES!
Emeka and Asiimire, who is famously known as “Girl from Bushenyi” on social media have been dating for over two years, close sources revealed to us. Its said that the two made at a wedding Emeka had gone to emcee at. Emeka has risen steadily in the publicity circles whereas Mackline is a thought Youth Leader who is a former Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Guild Vice President.
Today, she is the National Youth Council (NYC) Secretary for Culture and Sports and sources claim she is eyeing the National Female Youth MP slot in 2026.
