After a week of taking over social media by storm for the wrong reasons, Socialite Sipapa has finally hit the rock. This is because his infamous car a black Land Cruiser VX V8 was finally impounded by Uganda Police on Thursday. The confirmation of this development was made by the Assistant Inspector General of Police Asan Kasingye on his twitter platform.
Sipapa, real names Charles Olim was last week accused by a one twiiter user identified by twitter handle @benJasst for knocking his car and driving off in the areas of Naalya Namugongo. Shortly after Ben’s accusations, a variety of more accusations against Sipapa flew in regarding his misconduct on the roads of the city and its outskirts.

As all these allegations kept flowing in, Police was still mute bout the matters not until Ugandans on Twitter engineered a move to tag Police and its top officials in relation to Sipapa’s misconduct with many wondering whether he’s untouchable. This is what must have prompted Uganda Police to take action against him and impound his car.
According to several reports made by netizens, Sipapa is fond of driving several cars around the city without number plates, even the particular car that he was in while knocking a one Ben didnt bear a number plate. On the contrary however, the photos shared by the AIGP, the vehicle in question contains a South Sudanese number plate at the front (SSD 572BC) and none at the back.
