Songster Lydia ‘Jazmine’ Nabawanuka has put to bed rumours that suggest she is at loggerheads with Carol Nantongo and Rema Namakula.
The LJ Music singer came clean about the rumours when she refuted the claims and backed singer Rema Namakula’s forthcoming concert during her press conference that she held yesterday.
She explained saying from the bottom of her heart she has no bad feelings or any issues with the individuals that the public suspects she could be having a cold war with.
“From the bottom of my heart, I have never had any issues with anybody, especially Rema Namakula. I love them and support them even those that I have not yet met. I have never had issues with anybody and I wish Rema all the best in her forthcoming concert I call upon fans to go support her on the 23rd then after come show me love on the 1st of March” Lydia jazmine.
She went ahead to call upon fellow musicians to unite and support one another during their concerts by purchasing tables at their shows.
The “Masuuka” hit singer also warned against artists fighting backstage during shows saying that is not the best way to show love to a fellow musician.
She, however, let all musicians know that not everybody would have the chance to perform at her concert as the selected few would be given phone calls that would confirm their performance at her maiden concert.
“I believe the best way for artists to support a fellow artist is by buying a table at their concert rather than fighting backstage to have a chance to perform at their concert. Every artist who will perform is going to be given a call” She Added.
Her concert dubbed “First Born” is set to take place on 1st March at Kampala Hotel Africana.
