Veteran talent manager Emma Carlos has announced plans to launch a new musician, marking his return to talent management.

Emma Carlos shot to fame in the mid 2000s as he managed popular acts like Phina Mugerwa, Dream Girls, Wafagio, and Kalifah AgaNaga. He was also in charge of Coco Finger’s itinerary when the husky-voiced artist ruled the dancefloors. Despite such a resume, Carlos had taken a back seat following the death of singer Moses Radio but is reversing that decision this June. During this break, Carlos teamed up with another veteran entertainer, Raga Dee, to found an arts advocacy platform, NCF.

Speaking to us in a recent interview, Carlos was optimistic about the future of the new acts he is unveiling.

“Music is like a demon, you can never really quit but you can step aside and let it breathe. While it has breathed enough, I discovered a talent and we are done with production of both audios and videos. We are set to roll out in this month of June.” – Emma Carlos.

As music consumers go about wondering who this act is, Carlos is not afraid to assure them that they will love them.

“The fans and music lovers should brace themselves for a new vibe. You know me when I decide to promote.” – Emma Carlos boasted.

Much as information about the new music act has been hard to get, we can confirm that city producers Daddy Andre and Nessim have been responsible for cooking sounds for him/her. The artist will also benefit from Kalifah Aganaga’s mercurial pen.
